Why Come to Lenore for PF Yoga? I am a licensed and practicing Physical Therapist (PT) and Certified Yoga Teacher with over 30 years of combined experience. My education and experience draws from multiple paradigms. I am interested in you. Sessions will be individualized based on you, your symptoms, your activities, and your goals. If you are seeing a PF PT, I will be able to talk in "PT speak" to your therapist, and formulate your individual PF yoga program which will complement your PT treatments.
Who is Appropriate for PF Yoga? You are appropriate for PF Yoga if you have a diagnosis of: incontinence (stress, urge or mixed), pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, IBS. You are appropriate for PF Yoga if you are being treated by a PF physical therapist for any of these or other diagnoses and they progress you to PF yoga. I am always happy to talk to you if you have any questions about your symptoms and appropriateness of PF yoga.
